Country Manager AIR FRANCE KLM DELTA Poland
In August 2013, Mrs Chloé Marchand was appointed as Country Manager for Air France KLM Delta, overseeing all passenger business in Poland, based in Warsaw.
Prior to arriving in Poland, Chloé was AIR FRANCE KLM’s Commercial Director for Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand from September 2009. Based in
Singapore, she was responsible for the commercial strategy, as well as steering and developing sales & marketing activities, and further developing the Air France-KLM network in South East Asia. Prior to her postings abroad, Chloé had sales and marketing roles in AIR FRANCE KLM’s head office in Paris from 2001 to 2009, such as E-acquisition Manager in the E-Commerce Division in Paris, driving traffic to airfrance and klm.com, and Project Manager in the International Sales Division, developing commercial tools for Air France KLM’s sales teams around the globe. Before joining AIR FRANCE KLM in October 2001, Chloé worked as Marketing Manager for Internet start-ups in New York and Paris. Chloe is also French Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France) since April 2011, a board member of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce and French School in Warsaw (Lycée Francais de Varsovie) since October 2013.
Chloé holds a Master Degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Master of Sciences in Applied Economics
from Dauphine University in Paris. She is married, with two daughters. She speaks French and Englisch.
